I cant say enough good things about our agent Tim George and E.W. Smith. I have been a customer for 22 years. Tim has given us great personal service, always approachable with any situations, treats us fairly and we never felt we were taken advantage of, calls back promptly, follows through immediately and we feel he does look out for whats best for our family. Over the years, Ryan Nye and his predecessor Jim Davis, have done an exceptional job providing an extremely high level of customer service for our insurance needs. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and effortlessly communicates that knowledge in a manner that is easily understood. He has assisted through unique and once-in-a-lifetime scenarios to include transitioning dependent children (young-adults) from our insurance to their own policies out-of-state. Notwithstanding Ryans inability to provide auto/renters insurance for children that have moved out of state, he offered to and reviewed the quotes that they were provided to ensure the insurance quoted met their needs. That level of dedication to an existing customer certainly exceeds my expectations and goes above-and-beyond! Great job Ryan…keep up the great work and thank you for your continuing support!
