I have been with E W Smith for 40 years, mostly with Mary Rothermal as my agent. Even though we’ve never met in person, she feels like a dear friend to me. She has gone above and beyond in her customer service skills; even in her personal time on a weekend. Through these years there have been multiple claims. Two houses, 3 kids, umpteen vehicles, trailers, atvs, and snowmobiles. Mary has helped me save money with great suggestions many times. EW Smith Agency has always taken care of us in all circumstances; there have been many. I would, and do, recommend EW Smith and especially Mary Rothermal to anyone. Thank you. I just wanted to say Nick Kinney really kept up with recent changes in our policy, added cars, took cars away, had an accident, so much was going on but Nick kept up with it all! I truly appreciate the hard work he did for us.

Scott Roberts is amazing..I was having trouble with State Farm and their rates. He was patient, ran through all my options, got my rate down to half of what I was being charged. I can’t say enough about the staff and the communication I received. Friendly, helpful and he went out of his way to help.

I have been a client of E.W. Smith for 44 years and my parents were before that. The care and consideration we have been given throughout the years cannot be topped. We suffered a total loss from a house fire, and they held our hands and helped us navigate through the entire process. We had ZERO insurance issues throughout that tragedy. John Bobrowski is our agent now (we have had 3 retire) and he has continued this tradition of excellent service. I can’t imagine ever moving to another
